Join us at Mike Murrell’s Cave Academy for a special wrestling seminar with Emma Bruntil, one of the top women’s wrestlers in the country.
Emma is a 2x NCAA Champion, 2x US Open Champion, and U.S. Senior World Team Member with extensive experience competing at the highest levels of American wrestling.
This seminar is open to both wrestlers and jiu-jitsu athletes who want to improve their takedowns, hand fighting, positioning, finishes, and overall wrestling.
