Fresh off coaching 2026 ADCC bronze medalist Jozef Chen, Dima Murovanni brings his competition-training methodology to The Cave Academy for an intensive three-day No-Gi Worlds camp.
Dima has worked with some of the top competitors in modern no-gi grappling, including Jozef Chen and Owen Jones. His coaching approach combines technical development, constraints-based training, competition strategy, and high-intensity training designed to develop athletes under realistic competitive pressure.
This camp is for No-Gi Worlds competitors preparing for competition and anyone looking to take their training to the next level.
Each day will focus on one of three fundamental concepts:
Friday — BASE Saturday — HEIGHT Sunday — CONNECTION
The idea is to condense a huge amount of focused development into three days — the kind of training experience that can produce progress that might normally take months of regular practice.
Three days. Three concepts. High pace. Serious training.
